We’re transparent about costs.  For anything over $500, we’ll get your approval first. And for emergencies, we have a 24/7 hotline so we can respond immediately and prevent further damage.

We also work hard to keep costs down. We don’t mark up maintenance services, and we always get competitive bids for larger repairs. You’ll know what to expect before any work is done, so there are no surprises.

*It’s important to note: If the repair is due to tenant negligence or damage, we’ll make sure the tenant is held responsible for the cost, not you.
